我們有指定一對一、精緻3人小班的主題課，每堂課為25分鐘。一對一課程可以指定教材、固定老師、固定時段，可連續兩堂共上50分鐘，確認時段後，可請顧問協助一次性排入課程；精緻3人小班課程內容為每個月28號公告的最新課表為準，可以前向顧問預約當月欲上課程。

我們的雙語老師、母語外師都是經過專業人員嚴格篩選的。

2.母語或官方語言必須為英語，且口音純正。

試聽課安排之前，顧問跟家長進行深度溝通後，對學員進行初步評級安排試聽。試聽課後，外教老師根據學員課堂表現，提供等級建議，最終根據外教建議以及學員實際情況形成最終定級，安排正式上課。 上課一段時間後，家長覺得孩子需要提供難度或者降低難度，可以找顧問進行學習進度的調整。同時外教老師根據學員的上課情況，提供學員學習進度調整的進度。

課程不同而效期有所差異，顧問會為每個學生安排最合適的時長。每個方案的有效期設置都是能夠滿足孩子正常的上課需求的，具體時間可以查看合約內容。家長根據自己的時間安排約課以後，可以提前進行請假或者取消：提前24小時，可以在APP上操作或者透過客服/顧問進行取消或調整已約課程，不限次數；上課前5小時，系統鎖定，不支持請假。各個方案有不同的請假次數限制，具體可以查看購課訂單詳情。
